Managing Director
Charles Glausiusz set up ASB Construction Group after over 10 years experience in the Construction Industry. He started as a bespoke carpenter and rose quickly up the ranks into project management. Since setting out on his own he has successfully managed over 25 commercial and residential projects. He has a passion for architecture and the built environment which clients benefit from as he brings his vision, innovation and creativity to each project. The company reputation has been built up through this rapport with our satisfied former clients, and most of our new projects are usually awarded as a result of this rapport.
Tuvia Coniston
Senior Project Manager
Tuvia Coniston joined the company in 2015 after moving from a working in the Social Housing sector and graduating with a BSc in Building Engineering. He has gained extensive experience working on commercial and residential projects, both local and outside of London. He oversees the management of each project to check the quality of workmanship and ensure it is compliant. He is technically minded with an attention to detail, and clients appreciate the solutions to every problem as well as the assurance of having a point of contact that they can communicate with for even the smallest details.
Chaim Hoch
Business Manager
Chaim Hoch joined ASB Construction as Business Manager in 2016. He is responsible for the overall strategy of the company in order to develop out brand into one that is synonymous with excellence. Having worked previously in the property finance sector, he checks to ensure that we maintain the highest standards of conduct in all our business activities which allows us to focus and build as a business that will offer quality in its products throughout all the stages of the project. He provides out clients with an excellent customer service including business management advice to those who are investing in property.

What does the design and build part mean?
We advertise ourselves as ASB design and build because our highly experienced and qualified personnel are here to advise you on your building project, from architects and engineers to interior designers, plumbers & electricians. Secondly our professional team provides support for our clients with all aspect of the building project from planning advice to the finer details such as furnishings.
I am not always around to supervise the work being carried out, how is that managed?
A site manager is assigned to each project to ensure that works proceed smoothly in accordance with the plan and to advice and communicate with you on site.
Can I make changes to the design when the build is in progress?
At ASB Construction we work closely with the client to achieve their desired finish in the project. It is almost inevitable that a client will want to change or add to a project during the course of the works. We fully accept this and offer flexibility where possible, but always update the client with cost first.
Can you source special materials required for my project?
We have built an excellent rapport with many of the major building merchants and specialist suppliers and can source almost everything at trade prices to help our customers.
Do we follow up with customers after a project is complete?
Every new build requires maintenance and we are fully committed to providing our customers with a comprehensive maintenance service. We offer a special package to our customers for maintenance work after the initial six month period from completion is up.
I would like an extension of my home, can you do architectural drawings?
Yes! we have an extensive range of professional contacts that we use to provide the complete package along the process.
